About this Role
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:45am – 3:15pm with 30-minute lunch break, 39 weeks per year (term time + 5 inset days)
Fixed term contract for the duration that the children remain at the school.
Salary £17,316 - £18,447 gross per annum.
(Based on North Lincolnshire Council Salary Scales)
We are looking to appoint an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with two children in EYFS with an EHCP that have both academic needs as well as social and emotional support and intimate care needs, including changing, in a dignified and professional manner. The successful candidate will need a calm, nurturing personality with an unwavering drive to ensure that the pupils make progress in all elements of their education.Do you have the skills, passion and knowledge to engage children and help them achieve their potential to make progress in all elements of their education

The successful applicant will have:
A good working knowledge of EHCP’s and contributing to them
Have a good understanding of supporting pupils with profound needs, experience of trauma-informed practice and/or attachment is desirable.
Able to use your own initiative to support pupils according to their individual needs.
Will need to support with lunchtimes, routines, working 1:1 and in small groups
Experience of teaching phonics - RWI is desirable.
Applicants should have achieved Grade C or above in GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
