We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children and therefore each post is subject to a DBS (Disclosure and Barring service) check.
We are looking for a teaching assistant to join our friendly and forward thinking school. The role will be to work with children with additional needs and to assist the teacher in developing their learning, wellbeing, and independence.
Are you positive, patient, organised and enthusiastic with plenty of drive, initiative and common sense?
Are you able to successfully develop a high level of independence and resourcefulness in children? The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children in a school setting, including those with special educational needs; however applicants with other relevant skills and experience will be considered.
