Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you want to start a rewarding career in education?


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Apprentice to join our friendly primary school team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.

You’ll work closely with our SENDCo and class teachers to support pupils with additional needs—helping them thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and dedicated study time as part of your apprenticeship.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is committed to making a difference in children’s lives
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is patient, empathetic, and eager to learn
  • Holds (or is willing to gain) GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
  • Previous experience is not essential—just a passion for supporting young learners and a willingness to grow.
