SEND Unit Teacher/Designated Specialist Provision Lead job summary
Oak Multi Academy Trust is seeking two passionate and committed Teachers of SEND to lead learning within two of our specialist provisions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
About the Role
You will manage the SEND unit to ensure high quality teaching and learning for all pupils, oversee provision for children with complex needs, and promote inclusive practice across the school. Working closely with senior leaders, colleagues, and families, you will drive improvement and ensure that every pupil achieves their full potential.
You will play a key part in delivering high quality, inclusive teaching to pupils with SEND, helping to provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment.

About OAK Multi Academy Trust
Established in 2018, OAK Multi Academy Trust serves over 2,500 pupils and employs approximately 400 staff across south Leicestershire. We have specialist SEND provision at Brookside Primary School and are developing a new SEND unit at Overdale Infant School.
