What skills and experience we're looking for

You will be responsible for the day to day operation and co-operation of specific provision to support vulnerable learners and individual pupils with SEN or a disability. You will need to be self-motivated, reflective and creative in solving problems and will motivate, support and challenge others to enhance their practice to improve outcomes for children.

What the school offers its staff

As part of the Faringdon Learning Trust, an eight school multi-academy trust, established on 1st April 2012, the post holder will be welcomed in to our Trust team where you will meet regularly with other Trust SENDCo’s to share best practice and also have the opportunity to shape and inform SEN provision across our schools.
