SENDCO and Behaviour Lead job summary
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational SENDCO to join our happy, diverse school at an exciting time as we continue on our journey to become outstanding.
We are looking for a SENDCO who:
• Is committed to the Catholic ethos, and understanding of the Faith Community of the school and has a clear vision and strong commitment to education
• Is an excellent classroom practitioner
• Has a dedicated commitment to inclusion
• Has a track record of high-quality inclusive teaching
• Has experience of managing staff
• Loves working as part of a team and is an effective communicator
• Is motivated and has a positive attitude within the area of SEN
• Has experience dealing with outside agencies
• Has relevant experience of working with children with complex needs
• Is committed to school improvement
