What skills and experience we're looking for
We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a passionate and self-motivated SENDCo to join our school team, either from April or September 2025, with both full-time and part-time candidates welcomed.
The successful candidate will have high expectations for themselves and others, a strong commitment to improving educational outcomes for disadvantaged and SEND students, and a willingness to pursue the NPQ SENCo qualification if not already achieved.
You will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive learning environment, collaborating with educators to enhance their effectiveness, and ensuring that every child receives a high-quality education aligned with the National Curriculum. Your contributions will be essential in promoting achievement and addressing the diverse needs of our student body.
