• is able to identify and share the most effective teaching approaches for pupils with SEND
• is willing to go that extra mile to give all children best possible start in life
• can adeptly apply for EHCPs and funding streams
• understands parent/carer concerns and can work build trusting professional relationships with families
• can work with outside agencies to support children and staff
