What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who is inspirational, dedicated and motivated to be a SENCo at Trinity St Mary’s C of E Primary School and Roehampton C of E Primary School. As a SENCo across both schools, you will need to lead and monitor the achievement of children with SEND and liaise with colleagues and external agencies to ensure strategies and support are in place.

The partnership allows for flexible working and movement between the schools so if you are looking for a role that offers new experiences every day and a chance to make a positive impact, then this is the role for you.

You will need to have experience of working with children and have QTS. In addition, you will need to demonstrate a track record in raising standards, be a creative thinker who is able to inspire and motivate children and be committed to working in partnership with the communities of both schools, including the churches.

What the school offers its staff

Both schools have a positive environment in which self-discipline and honesty is encouraged, underpinned by our Christian distinctiveness and our dedication in the teaching of Christian values and morals. Both schools are located close to public transport links and can easily be reached.
