We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised, efficient and able to manage competing priorities
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Take a strategic lead on all aspects of inclusion and SEND provision across the school
- Support staff to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning
- Work closely with pupils, families and external partners to remove barriers and promote success for all
- Champion the voice of every pupil and foster a culture of respect, diversity and equality
- Demonstrates initiative, discretion and attention to detail
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
- Will actively support the Christian ethos and values of the school
