• Be an outstanding teacher with a passion for teaching.
• Have a detailed knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and up to date knowledge of statutory obligations and high impact interviews.
• Be passionate about inclusive practice an equality of opportunity.
• Raise achievement across school for SEND pupils through excellent teaching and learning.
• Be an excellent communicator.
