What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced dynamic and highly motivated Inclusion and SEND specialist to join our senior leadership team. The successful candidate must be passionate and driven in providing high-quality education. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SENCO Lead & Class Teacher to join our dedicated team from September 2025. This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop our SEND provision for the school, while also contributing to the wider life of our school community.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills including the ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower all members of the school community to carry the school’s vision forward. In addition, a track record of successful subject leadership and up to date knowledge of curriculum development.

We are looking for someone who:

  • can motivate and drive with outstanding leadership skills
  • can contribute to, and support the aims and ethos of our Catholic school
  • has high expectations in all areas of children’s learning
  • has outstanding classroom practice
  • has the attitude and personal qualities to motivate individuals and teams to increase performance and have an impact
  • can monitor standards in order to initiate improvement.
  • can work with parents to provide the very best support for all of our children
