We are looking for a colleague who:
- Is a skilled, versatile and hardworking middle leader and teacher with a passion for delivering an excellent SEND provision to students across Years 7 to 13. 
- Consistently models excellent practice and has students' academic progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation 
- Wants an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, diverse and growing organisation. 
- Is keen to work collaboratively within the wider Middle Leadership Team.
