We are seeking an organised, proactive and professional administrator to support our thriving Sixth Form and wider Central Services team. This varied role includes student administration, event coordination, admissions support, record management and providing a first-class service to students, parents and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support for a thriving Sixth Form, including admissions, enrolment and student support.
  • Play a key role in organising major school events, including Open Evenings, Parents' Evenings, Results Days and Sixth Form induction activities.
  • Manage student records, databases and communications, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service for students, parents and staff.
  • Support important Sixth Form processes including UCAS administration, bursary payments and work experience activities.
  • Join a collaborative Central Services team and help drive the smooth day-to-day operation of an outstanding school.
