What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you an experienced and resilient leader with a proven track record of outstanding behaviour management? Trinity Catholic College is seeking a Senior Behaviour Lead to join our senior leadership team and champion an effective, whole-school culture of Behaviour for Learning and Safety.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic direction of behaviour across all key stages, ensure rigorous monitoring of standards, and manage the deployment of resources to meet our students' behavioural and emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Headteacher in shaping the strategic direction of the school with a focus on behaviour, contributing directly to school improvement and self-evaluation processes.
Provide strategic oversight for Alternative Provision, line manage Pupil Engagement Officers, and work closely with the Enhanced Learning Provision team.
Deliver high-quality training and coaching to staff, raising standards of behaviour management across the school community.
Lead Vulnerable Learner and Local Authority Triage meetings to coordinate robust, multi-agency support.
Maintain, develop, and evaluate the school’s Behaviour Policy while rigorously analysing performance data to target interventions.
Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people within the school as a core priority.
