What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a Senior ICT Technician to support and develop our ICT provision, delivering support to both students and staff. The successful candidate will work with the Network Manager and technicians on a day-to-day basis as well as assisting in the planning and implementation of improvements to the systems and infrastructure. The post combines a need for good IT knowledge with user support skills. You will need to be prepared to support a wide range of students and staff, be flexible, enjoy working with young people and, very importantly, retain a sense of humour.
