Senior ICT Technician job summary

As a crucial member of our IT department, the Senior ICT Technician will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

The Senior ICT Technician is responsible for providing day-to-day support whilst supporting the Network Manager and responding to IT support requests.

The Senior ICT Technician must have experience of maintaining, upgrading and installing network hardware and networking fault diagnosis and hold a recognised qualification or experience appropriate to the role. Experience in working within a school environment is desirable, but not essential.
