What we are looking for:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Office Administrator who shares our commitment to:
- Outstanding communication – you’ll be confident and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with parents, staff, visitors, and external agencies.
- Efficiency and organisation – from managing front desk duties to maintaining accurate records, your attention to detail and ability to prioritise will help keep our school running smoothly.
- Teamwork – you’ll work closely with colleagues across the school and contribute positively to our collaborative culture.
- Discretion and professionalism – as a key member of our administrative team, confidentiality and integrity are essential.
Who we are looking for someone:
- With experience working in a school or busy office environment is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Who has strong IT skills, including confidence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Microsoft 365).
- With excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Who is calm, approachable, and flexible under pressure.
- Who shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children and young people.

Salary:
Actual Annual Salary £22,255.
Job Type: 37 hours, Full-time, Permanent. Term time only plus INSET days
