  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor, ideally within education.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
