Senior Teacher Curriculum job summary

The Role The Senior Teacher (Curriculum) is a new role, and associate SLT position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the line management of Vocational Instructors, and the performance of vocational areas. They will develop strong links between core and vocational subjects and will develop a robust Enterprise offer including the delivery of a Technical Award in Enterprise. The successful candidate will also take responsibility for elements of the industry, enterprise & partnerships school strategic plan including CEIAG, work experience and links with industry. The Candidate You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, with experience of delivering or managing vocational qualifications (BTEC/IMI/VTCT). You will have a clear view of, and high value for the role CEIAG and an understanding of the Gatsby benchmarks for CEIAG. You will have an inclusive view of education, and be confident in developing whole school approaches. The successful candidate will be joining a Trust and school that continues to be ambitious in its drive to improve outcomes for our pupils.
