What skills and experience we're looking for
Join Us in Shaping a Bold New Chapter for Learners in Transition!
We’re launching an exciting new initiative across Kepier and our partner primary school, and we’re looking for a dynamic Transition Worker who will take the opportunity to build confidence, creativity, and curriculum readiness in Year 6 learners through the power of performing arts in preparation for starting secondary school.
You’ll deliver high-impact drama, music, storytelling activities that support emotional resilience, oracy development, and curriculum continuity, you’ll embed Voice 21 principles to elevate spoken communication and self-expression, while offering enrichment that inspires and challenges.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role that spans multiple schools, reinforcing Kepier’s transition programme and strengthening relationships between learners, staff, and families. You’ll be instrumental in boosting engagement and ensuring every learner feels seen, supported, and ready for Key Stage 3.
If you’re passionate about creative education, confident in leading performing arts-based interventions, and ready to make a lasting impact on learner wellbeing and progression we welcome you to join us and help shape a transition experience that’s joyful, empowering, and unforgettable.
