Site Lead job summary

Central Region Schools Trust is recruiting a Site Lead to work across Arrow Valley First School and St Stephen’s CofE First School. The Trust is looking for a proactive, motivated individual to join our Estates team and help maintain high standards across both school sites.

The Site Lead will:

• Report to the Principal and manage a team of Estates staff

• Oversee maintenance, improvement, and cleanliness of buildings and grounds

• Ensure the sites are safe, secure, compliant, and ready for use

• Handle security, contractor liaison, and general maintenance tasks

• Work flexibly across Trust schools when needed and collaborate with other Site Leads

The ideal candidate will:

• Be flexible, positive, and enthusiastic

• Be committed to working with children and supporting the school community

• Be reflective and open to continual improvement

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Work split shifts between 07:00 and 18:00

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
