Site Manager job summary

Lodge Farm School is on an upward trajectory, with clear areas to develop, and this is an exciting opportunity to join the school at a time of growth and development. An opportunity has arisen to join our ambitious school team. This is a part-time contract position, 52 weeks per year, and the post is available immediately. We are open to flexibility with working hours for the right candidate.

We are looking for a site manager who:

  • Is highly motivated with strong personal and professional standards, demonstrating reliability and accountability in all tasks
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills, building positive and respectful relationships with staff, pupils and visitors
  • Works effectively as part of a team, maintaining a positive work ethic and contributing to the smooth running and high standards of the school
  • Supports and helps maintain the school’s caring and nurturing ethos, ensuring the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of both pupils and staff
  • Fully committed to safeguarding, child protection, and promoting mental wellbeing across the school community

  • Well-organised with strong time management skills, able to prioritise tasks efficiently and respond proactively to the day-to-day demands of the school site
