About the Role As Site Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping our school safe, secure, and welcoming for children, staff, and visitors. From overseeing maintenance and repairs to managing cleaning standards and ensuring the security of the premises, you’ll take pride in creating an environment where learning can flourish. This is a hands-on, varied role that requires practical skills, strong organisation, and a proactive approach every day brings a new challenge and the chance to make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times. • Carry out repairs and maintenance, keeping buildings and grounds in excellent condition. • Supervise cleaning staff and maintain high standards of cleanliness across the school. Weekly cleaning of the hall and additional Pod area of the school. • Liaise with contractors, oversee works, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Respond promptly to emergencies and take proactive steps to prevent issues. • Support school lettings and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all. Ellison Boulters Church of England Academy is a thriving village church Primary school with around 275 children on role. We are approximately seven miles north of Lincoln and primarily serve the villages of Scothern, Sudbrooke, Langworth and Stainton-by-Langworth. We have ten classes, some of which are mixed with two different year groups. We work closely with our local schools and secondary feeder schools. We are a member of Kyra Teaching School Alliance and a member of the Lincolnshire Learning Partnership.
