Site Manager job summary
Salary Range: Scale 5 – SCP 9-12 £27,254 - £28,598 per annum
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year.
The hours of work will be between 6am and 6pm. The postholder will need to have a flexible approach to their working hours within this time. The 37 hours per week will be split equally over Monday to Friday but the start and finish times daily may change based on the needs of the role.

Hadleigh Junior School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to become the school Site Manager. They will be responsible for ensuring clean and safe surroundings within our friendly and supportive school environment. The right candidate will be approachable, self-motivated, flexible and have the ability to act under their own initiative. We offer a rewarding work environment where you’ll be a valued member of the school community.
Responsibilities will include:
Health & Safety and the maintenance of records.
Security including key holding.
Maintenance, improvement and development of the school building and site.
Arrangement and supervision of all maintenance contracts.
