What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Site Manager to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards across school facilities and grounds.
You will be responsible for site security, day-to-day maintenance and repairs, compliance checks, and the upkeep of external areas to ensure the academy remains a high-quality learning environment.
We are seeking someone with practical maintenance skills, a strong understanding of Health & Safety, and a commitment to creating an excellent environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
