SITE MANAGER
Required ASAP after September 26
Pay Scale: £29,064- £32,061
HOURS: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, split shift working:
Monday to Friday
Morning Shift 06:45 - 10:00
Afternoon Shift 14:00 - 18:15
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager to join our Multi Academy Company, based at SS Mary and John Catholic Primary Academy, to provide effective and efficient site management duties in a safe, welcoming and conducive to learning environment.
Candidates with a trade such as plumbing, painting/decorating, carpentry or electrical would be desirable, although not essential.
We wish to appoint a motivated, adaptable and experienced Site Manager with a high calibre of DIY skills, excellent communication at all levels and good working knowledge of Health and Safety to join our team to maintain and improve the academy building and grounds.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an environment that focuses on high goals, and rapid improvement.
The successful candidates will follow company policy and procedures to ensure the safeguarding, security and excellent education of our pupils is paramount.
