Salary: Band D, Point 20 - 25 (£35,800.34 to £40,861.82 actual salary per annum)

37 hours, 30 minutes per week

Monday - Friday

6:45am - 10:15am & 2:15pm - 6:15pm

Full-time role- 52 weeks per year

Stanford-le-Hope Primary School are seeking an energetic, pro-active Site Manager to join us and to help keep our school safe, welcoming and purposeful for children, staff and visitors. We are looking for a practical and well-motivated person to take on a wide range of responsibilities and duties connected with ground and facilities maintenance of the site. Under the direction of the Headteacher and the Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust H&S department you will also carry out Health and Safety checks in accordance with Trust policies to ensure the school remains compliant.

You will need to be:

• A hands on individual who can maintain, develop and implement systems and procedures;
• Practical; with good DIY skills;
• Able to contribute to projects and maintenance schedules;
• Self-motivated and willing to work on your own initiative
• Adaptable regarding hours of work to meet the needs of the school

Stanford-le-Hope Primary School is a member of the Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust. The Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust, with twelve member schools within Essex. All schools in the Trust work in equal partnership and are members of the school’s Co-operative Society.
