Bellevue Place Education Trust (BPET) is seeking a dedicated, proactive and highly organised Site Manager to join our committed team, initially at Whitehall Park with potential to work across multiple sites later. As a Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, well-maintained and welcoming, enabling pupils, staff and visitors to thrive every day.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Perform routine inspections and complete repairs (e.g. carpentry, painting and general maintenance)

  • Lead on Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and safeguarding policies

  • Has strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a collaborative team

  • Is self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for inclusive education and high expectation with a hands on approach and direct operational involvement

  • Believes in providing all children with the very best start in life as part of our core believe in a 'strong start'.
