Site Operative (Caretaker) job summary

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and practical Site Operative to join our school community. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From carrying out repairs and maintaining our grounds to supporting school events and ensuring our site is safe and welcoming, you'll play an important part in creating an environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

What you will be doing

- Keeping our school safe, secure, and well maintained.
- Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance.
- Helping maintain our grounds and buildings.
- Supporting contractors and visitors on site.
- Opening and closing the school premises.
- Working alongside colleagues to create a welcoming environment.

Colsterworth C of E Primary School, part of Abbey Academies Trust, is a one form entry Church Academy situated in South Lincolnshire.
