Site Operative & Lettings Assistant job summary

The Howard School is looking to appoint a Site Operative and Lettings Assistant to join the Premises team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and upkeep, and contribute to providing a safe, welcoming and well-presented learning environment.

You will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the school, supporting site security, community lettings, bookings, site set-up and the general upkeep of the school facilities. You will help ensure the school provides a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, visitors and community users.

This is a permanent, all year round position, working 37 hours per week, paid on the NJC pay scale D2 points 4-11 (FTE £26,016-£29,071 per annum). There will be an additional 10% top-up on the salary for any Sunday shifts and hours worked between 20:00 and 22:15
