NJC Scale Point: 4-9
Actual salary: £23,883 to £25,845 per annum
37 Hours per week, 43 Weeks per annum (Term time only plus 4 weeks)

Caldmore Primary Academy are looking for a Site Supervisor to work with the wider estates team and academy senior leadership team, be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day management and operation of premises related functions, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and management of contractors.
The successful candidate will be able to understand and apply Health and Safety Regulations, effectively supervise onsite contractors and be competent at basic building repairs and maintenance. It is essential that the successful candidate has strong literacy and numeracy skills, be first aid trained and MIDA trained or be willing to undertake this training, have working knowledge or relevant qualifications in Health and Safety and have completed Safeguarding level 1 training.
