We are looking for a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to join our Estates team. This isan important rolein keeping our sites running smoothly day to day across the Eastern Education Group. You will help make sure our buildings are safe, clean,secureand welcoming for students,staffand visitors.
As Site Supervisor, you will lead the Caretaking Team,settingdaily priorities and making sure work is completed to a high standard. You will oversee maintenance and compliance, coordinate jobs through the helpdesk, manage contractors, supporteventsand help keep our buildings secure, including some out of hours cover when needed.
This is ahands-onrole, so strong practical skills are essential. You will be someone who spots issues early,takes actionand solves problems before they escalate. Being trustworthy,dependableand willing to lead from the front is key, as you will be setting the tone for the team.
This role would suit someone with good leadership,organisationand communication skills, who is confident working both independently and as part of a team. You will need a sound understanding of facilities operations and health and safety, along with the flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the Group.
