What skills and experience we're looking for

You will need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of facilities management and health and safety related compliance. Stakeholder engagement is an essential part of this role, you will need to have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to work alongside the premises team and wider community to provide the best possible learning environment for every child in the Academy.
