Site Supervisor job summary
Site Supervisor
Permanent Role 7.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
1 day a week 7am-10am and 2pm - 6pm
Full Time Equivalent of £24,627
We are looking for an experienced individual with good practical skills in building and ground maintenance. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, IT literate and have effective communication skills.
The successful candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience of a wide range of maintenance/janitorial functions.
The Role
The successful candidates will be expected to:
Supervise the work of other premises staff including cleaning staff and grounds contractors.
Act as a designated key holder
