Are you practical, proactive, and ready to kick-start your career in facilities management?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our Site Team as an Apprentice — a hands-on, two-year opportunity to earn while you learn in a busy school environment.

What we're looking for:

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A genuine interest in building maintenance and facilities operations
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to doing the job well

What we offer:

  • A fully supported 2-year apprenticeship (37 hours per week)
  • Practical, on-the-job training with experienced mentors

  • The chance to build a rewarding career in facilities management
