What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors of Roundhay School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Sixth Form Achievement Leader (Safeguarding). The successful candidate will join our Sixth Form Achievement Team and combine this with a Safeguarding role within the wider Sixth Form Team. They will work with targeted individuals and groups of students to facilitate their academic progress.

We are looking for a strong and confident communicator with high expectations of themselves and others, who will put the progress and welfare of young people at the centre of everything they do. We would be happy to consider applications from individuals who are interested in flexible working or job share arrangements, which may be explored further at interview, if shortlisted. The successful candidate will be willing to do ‘whatever it takes’ to ensure our pupils/students reach their full potential.
