Sixth Form Administrator job summary

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our school. You will need to have experience working in a busy office environment, excellent ICT skills (including databases), outstanding written and oral communication skills, and be a self-motivated team player.

Role and Responsibilities:

Provide support for attendance, bursary, and admissions processes.

Collaborate closely with the Sixth Form Administration Manager and other team members.

Contributing to the development and effective operation of the Sixth Form administrative function within the school.

Salary: Scale 3, points 5-6 (£31,086 - £31,530 pro-rata)

Hours: 35 hours a week, 40 weeks a year (term time only including 5 Inset Days + 1 week during school closure)
