What skills and experience we're looking for

Westminster Academy has a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, enthusiastic and proactive Sixth Form Administrator to contribute towards the vision and effectiveness of a dedicated and successful Sixth Form team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to play an important role in the smooth and effective running of our Sixth Form provision. The role is strongly student-focused, and the successful candidate will be a confident and approachable first point of contact for our Sixth Form students, providing a responsive and supportive service.

This is a fast-paced and varied role within a busy school environment, requiring someone who is highly organised and able to prioritise effectively. You will need to be a resilient and confident communicator with excellent attention to detail, able to manage a demanding and varied workload while maintaining accuracy and a high level of professionalism. You will work closely with students, staff, parents and other members of the school community, so the ability to build positive and professional relationships is essential.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, self-motivated and able to use their initiative, while also working collaboratively as part of a team. You will need to be able to meet deadlines, respond positively to changing priorities and remain calm and professional under pressure. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working with young people, is able to communicate with confidence and empathy, and takes pride in providing an efficient, responsive and high-quality service to our Sixth Form students and staff.
