At Chapel Allerton Primary school we believe in relational practice and get to know the characteristics and needs of all children in order to provide them with the best possible care,guidance and education. The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher, SEND leader and wider pastoral team. The role will be fluid and responsive to the varied needs of pupils.
The successful candidate will be able to build strong, trusting relationships with children, will base their practice in restorative values , be creative, solution focused and an excellent communicator.
The majority of the role will be spent working directly with children. Supporting the management and improvement of attendance and dealing with safeguarding matters are other important aspects of the role.
Candidates will be welcome to visit the school on the 21st April at 2:30pm for an open session. Please notify Molly Walter via email if you are likely to attend but no formal registration is necessary.
