What you'll be doing
- Leading the school's provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, working closely with staff, families and external agencies.
- Supporting and guiding teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the needs of all learners.
- Ensuring children with SEND can access the curriculum, make excellent progress, and develop confidence in their abilities.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies and interventions to meet a wide range of needs, ensuring every child thrives emotionally, socially, and academically.
- Being a key member of the leadership team, driving our vision for inclusive practice across the school.
