What the school offers its staff
Whilst
the focus of the curriculum offered is English, Maths, and PSHCE, other
curriculum areas are included for pupils as appropriate and flexibility is key.

Francis Barber is a great place to work with a friendly staff team and fantastic transport links and shops and banks nearby. The school is very mindful of supporting staff wellbeing and there are many opportunities for CPD, mentoring and coaching. Other benefits include; access to Cyclescheme, a contribution towards the cost of eyecare, season ticket loans and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
