The students will be identified as needing intervention as a consequence of the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Tuition is likely to be delivered after school hours and online (although there may be an opportunity to work in one or more of the schools in person) and be paid hourly (at a rate to be negotiated) as required in the autumn, spring and summer term (maximum 5 hours per week).
The role of Specialist Academic Tutor may be suitable for teachers who are currently in a part-time role (either at one of our schools or elsewhere), recently retired teachers, teachers taking a career break or those who are considering a career in teaching with relevant educational experience.
