What skills and experience we're looking for
In order to succeed in this role, we believe the ideal candidate will have:
Evidenced practice as a highly effective teacher over a period of time improving pupil outcomes, particularly in a setting with high levels of pupils with SEND.
Experience of working effectively as a middle / subject leader within a team
Experience of developing high quality learning strategies and monitoring learner progress to raise attainment
Experience of leading teaching and learning initiatives beyond own classroom
Experience of coaching and mentoring colleagues
Commitment to the role, the Trust and the Development Team
