What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an exceptional teacher to join our dedicated and passionate team. This is a truly unique opportunity to work within our Specialist Resource Provision, supporting children with autism and speech, language and communication needs.

We are seeking someone who brings significant experience of working with pupils with SEND, combined with a genuine passion for making a difference to children's lives. The successful candidate will have the expertise, creativity and determination to help every child thrive, whilst also sharing their knowledge and best practice with colleagues across the school. Whilst we are looking for someone with experience, we will consider all applications.

This role would suit a teacher who sees potential in every child, embraces a personalised approach to learning, and is committed to fostering inclusive practice. You will play a key role in shaping outcomes for some of our most vulnerable learners while working alongside a highly skilled and supportive team.

What the school offers its staff

The Pines is a vibrant Primary school with a Nursery. We are well resourced and we have extensive outside space along with a Specialist Resource Provision. There are currently 250 children on roll.

At The Pines there has been rapid improvement in the quality of education, behaviour & attitudes and personal development. We will continue to focus on improving the outcomes for our children. This is an exciting time to join our school.

The school is located in the Hanworth estate which is on the outskirts of The Lexicon in Bracknell and is within very easy access of many amenities. The 'Look Out’ environmental area, Bracknell Sports Centre and Swimming Pool, David Lloyd Health Club, the South Hill Park Theatre & Arts Centre are all well within walking distance with, cinemas and a leisure pool nearby.
