Specialist Resourced Provision Teacher & SENDCO

An exciting position has become available for January 2026 at Brownlow Primary School for an experienced teacher and SENDCO to set up and lead our newly created Specialist Resourced Provision.

The provision has been commissioned by Leicestershire Local Authority to provide education for 10 primary-aged children to support with the increased number of children with special educational needs.

Although housed in separate buildings the provision will be part of the mainstream school and, where appropriate, children will join the main school for learning and activities.

The role, which our leaders play, is instrumental in realising the trusts vision - Children First. It is their ability, skillset, knowledge and enthusiasm, which determines the success of the children and the staff at the academy.

We are looking for a leader who knows how to enthuse, connect and inspire children to ensure that our pupils’ have the best possible chance of succeeding and drive all aspects of this new provision forward.

As a new leader you will join our leadership team at Brownlow Primary School and be fully supported in your development and role.
