Specialist Teacher within the Additionally Resourced Provision - 0.5 job summary
We are seeking an inspirational teacher to join our team, based at the Additionally Resourced Provision at Carlinghow Academy.

We are looking for someone who will:
Carry out the professional duties of a teacher outlined in the most recent Teacher’s Pay and Conditions document, including Teachers Professional Standards.
Plan, deliver and contribute to specific teaching programmes for individuals and the group of pupils within the Additionally Resourced Provision as well as within the main school.
Set and evaluate individual targets (academic and personal / social) including Individual Educational Plans and Management Support Plans as well as review and report on progress for all designated pupils.
Work in partnership with school and the wider team in relation to organising, delivering, and evaluating learning for children, and involving parents/carers in the process.
Work closely with the SENDCO, class teachers and support staff within the main school and linking with other agencies as appropriate.
Work with Mainstream Schools to assist transition in partnership with the school and parents and offer advice and support regarding pupils with Special Educational Needs.
Work in partnership with parents/carers and families to build confidence and be caring, friendly, adaptable and hardworking.
