THIS OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and inspirational Teaching Assistant to work within our SEND Unit, specialising in education for children with Communication and Interaction difficulties. We are looking for a strong practitioner who has knowledge and understanding of effectively supporting children with communication and interaction difficulties. They will have an understanding of SEND and the essential processes needed for successful SEND support and inclusion within a primary school and have evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role.

Will be able to observe, record and feedback information on pupil performance.
SALARY: Bucks Pay Scale 1 - 2 (£23,996 - £27,770 FTE)
The salary starting point will depend on experience and qualifications.
WORKING PATTERN:
The role is for 2 days a week, term time only (38 weeks).
Working hours are Thursday and Friday 8.45am - 3.15pm (1/2-hour unpaid lunch break).
LOCATION:
The role will be based at Bearbrook Combined School within the SEND Unit (known as The Bearbrook Den).
