Speech and Language Therapist job summary

You will work closely with a team of therapists and therapy learning support assistants to embed agreed Speech and Language therapy into the school day and through the curriculum.

At the school we have an integrated therapeutic approach which also incorporates trauma informed and Communication at the Heart of the School (CATHS) approach. Therapy is delivered as continuous provision and you will be instrumental in supporting assessment and working alongside education staff to embed therapy and develop their skills.

If you are an innovative, flexible, hard working and enthusiastic practitioner SaLT with an interest in working collaboratively with other therapists to drive school improvement and better outcomes for young people and want to work within a large specialist school, we want to hear from you.

This post is suitable for return to practice, development posts, newly qualified, up to specialist position.
