What skills and experience we're looking for

As our SRP Lead, you will:

  • Lead the Specialist Resource Provision (SRP), supporting pupils with SEND, with a particular focus on autism
  • Chair annual reviews and manage EHCPs, working in close partnership with parents, external agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Plan and deliver targeted interventions and support colleagues in inclusive practice
  • Monitor progress and report to senior leadership

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience working with children with SEND, especially autism
  • Experience producing and managing EHCPs and leading annual reviews (desirable)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative approach and up-to-date knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
